We are seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Paralegal to join a fast-paced legal team in Wolverhampton. This is a hybrid role with three days in the office, ideal for a paralegal who can hit the ground running managing client-facing third-party contracts.
You’ll be at the heart of commercial contract negotiations and administration, supporting the legal team with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Experience in intellectual property (IP) and data protection (DP) is advantageous but not essential.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating third-party commercial contracts on the buyer side
- Managing your own caseload of commercial agreements, ensuring deadlines are met
- Advising internal stakeholders on contractual obligations, risk, and compliance
- Supporting fast-paced commercial projects
- Collaborating closely with the legal team to ensure consistency across contracts
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring proper document management
- Proven experience as a Commercial Contracts Paralegal
- Strong experience with client-facing third-party contracts
- Ability to work independently and manage a fast-paced workload
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of IP (Intellectual Property) and DP (Data Protection) is a plus
- High attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
- Hybrid working – 3 days in the office
