QED Legal are working with an excellent Legal 500 law firm seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their firm in Chelmsford, Essex. Our client is well-known for their excellent services and holds a great reputation locally.
This role is ideal for any experienced Conveyancing or Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer who has experience managing or supervising a small team, with experience handling a variety of residential property transactions.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling a mixture of both residential and commercial transactions inclusive of:
- Sales
- Purchase
- Freehold
- Leasehold
- Landlord and tenant
- Remortgages
