QED Legal is working on an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor 5 PQE to join a well-established and highly reputable law firm in Basildon, Essex. You will be given the opportunity to work for a well-respected Legal 500 regional firm and their busy private client team. The team is extremely supportive and from assisting previous candidates, they can vouch that they do regular 1-1 trainings and are very supportive.
The ideal candidate must:
- Have 5 years post-qualifying experience in the relevant area of practice
- Be experienced with handling a caseload including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, and Capital Gains Tax.
