The Role
- Working on a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, director and shareholder issues, professional negligence and injunctions.
- Advising clients clearly and confidently, ensuring their objectives are met while maintaining strong service standards.
- Managing all aspects of client relationships, from instruction to billing.
- Preparing, reviewing and drafting legal documents for hearings and substantive matters.
- Developing litigation strategies in collaboration with senior colleagues.
- Ensuring full compliance with file management processes and regulatory requirements.
- Handling cases proactively from start to finish, providing clear updates to senior team members.
- Supporting the wider dispute resolution team and contributing to its ongoing growth.

- A solicitor with around 1–4 years’ PQE in commercial dispute resolution.
