A leading Legal 500 firm in Oxford is looking to appoint an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its well-regarded team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level lawyer to handle a strong mix of contentious and non-contentious work for quality commercial and senior individual clients.
The Role
You’ll manage your own caseload with support from senior lawyers and have direct client exposure across a range of employment law matters including:
- Contracts, policies and advisory work
- Unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims
- Tribunal advocacy and litigation strategy
- Corporate support on TUPE and restructures
- Settlement agreements and negotiation
Ideal Candidate
- 2 to 5 years PQE in employment law
- Experience advising both employers and senior employees
- Strong technical knowledge and a commercial approach
- Confident handling client relationships
- Interest in business development and team collaboration
