A leading Legal 500 firm in Oxford is looking to appoint an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its well-regarded team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level lawyer to handle a strong mix of contentious and non-contentious work for quality commercial and senior individual clients.

The Role

You’ll manage your own caseload with support from senior lawyers and have direct client exposure across a range of employment law matters including:

  • Contracts, policies and advisory work
  • Unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims
  • Tribunal advocacy and litigation strategy
  • Corporate support on TUPE and restructures
  • Settlement agreements and negotiation

Ideal Candidate

  • 2 to 5 years PQE in employment law
  • Experience advising both employers and senior employees
  • Strong technical knowledge and a commercial approach
  • Confident handling client relationships
  • Interest in business development and team collaboration
