Job Description I am working with a highly regarded boutique private practice in Edinburgh that is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its established team. There is a real emphasis on providing a personal, high quality service and building long standing relationships with clients. The opportunity would suit a Solicitor who enjoys managing their own residential conveyancing caseload and would like to work within a smaller environment where they can get to know their clients and have a genuine impact on the continued success of the practice. You will manage a varied caseload from initial instruction through to completion, including purchases and sales, remortgages, transfers of title and new build transactions, together with providing general property advice to clients. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with Residential Conveyancing experience, including those qualifying this year, through to more experienced Solicitors looking for a longer term opportunity. There are excellent opportunities for career progression and the chance to take on greater responsibility as your experience develops.
