I am working with a highly regarded boutique private practice in Edinburgh that is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its established team.
This is a smaller, well-known practice with an excellent reputation in the Edinburgh market and a very loyal client base. There is a real emphasis on providing a personal, high quality service and building long standing relationships with clients.
The opportunity would suit a Solicitor who enjoys managing their own residential conveyancing caseload and would like to work within a smaller environment where they can get to know their clients and have a genuine impact on the continued success of the practice.
You will manage a varied caseload from initial instruction through to completion, including purchases and sales, remortgages, transfers of title and new build transactions, together with providing general property advice to clients.
You will have the autonomy to manage your own files while having support available when required.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with Residential Conveyancing experience, including those qualifying this year, through to more experienced Solicitors looking for a longer term opportunity.
Just as importantly, you should enjoy dealing with clients, take pride in providing an excellent level of service and be comfortable working as part of a close-knit and supportive team.
There are excellent opportunities for career progression and the chance to take on greater responsibility as your experience develops. For someone ambitious who is looking for a long term home, there is genuine scope to grow and progress within the practice.
An attractive salary will be offered depending on experience, together with a staff pension scheme, employee benefits including death in service cover and generous annual leave.
This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded Edinburgh practice where you will be known and valued, rather than simply being another person within a large team.
