If you're the kind of Private Client Solicitor who genuinely enjoys building long-term relationships with your clients and takes pride in delivering exceptional client care, this could be exactly what you've been looking for.

This is an opportunity to join a long-established and highly respected Scottish private practice where people have always come before process. The firm has built an excellent reputation by doing things the right way, taking the time to understand its clients, providing thoughtful, practical advice and developing relationships that often span generations.

As demand for the team's expertise continues to grow, they are now looking to welcome an experienced Private Client Solicitor to the team. You'll manage your own varied caseload of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Executries, Trusts and Guardianships while enjoying the autonomy to build trusted relationships with your clients and become their adviser for years to come.

This is very much the opposite of a high volume, target driven environment. Of course, you'll understand the commercial aspects of private practice, but the focus here has always been on delivering an exceptional service rather than simply turning over files. If you're someone who values quality over quantity and enjoys taking the time to provide thoughtful, empathetic advice, you'll fit in extremely well.

You'll work alongside experienced, like-minded colleagues who are passionate about what they do and genuinely enjoy supporting one another. There is plenty of opportunity to continue developing your technical expertise, take on increasingly complex work and build a long-term career within a firm that values loyalty, collaboration and professionalism.

You'll ideally have a minimum of one year's post-qualification experience managing your own Private Client caseload, together with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping clients through some of the most important decisions they'll make.

If you're looking for a role where you'll be trusted, supported and given the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships while enjoying high-quality work in a genuinely friendly and collaborative environment, I'd love to tell you more.

Even if you're not actively looking, I'd encourage you to get in touch for a completely confidential chat. Opportunities like this don't come around very often, and I'd be delighted to tell you more.
