A growing specialist family law firm with a strong reputation for practical, commercially aware and client-focused advice is looking for a
Family Lawyer to join its Doncaster team .
\n Importantly, all levels of PQE and experience will be considered .
Whether you are a newly qualified solicitor looking to develop your career, an experienced family lawyer seeking greater flexibility, or a senior practitioner looking for the opportunity to help shape and grow a department, feel free to reach out.
\n The role will be tailored around your experience, with appropriate supervision and support for more junior candidates and greater autonomy and responsibility for experienced lawyers.
\n You will handle or assist with a varied private family law caseload, which may include:

- Divorce and separation
\n - Financial remedy proceedings
\n - Private children matters
\n - Cohabitation disputes
\n - TOLATA claims
\n - Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
\n - Separation agreements
\n - Protective injunctions
\n
\n Depending on your experience, you may also have the opportunity to supervise junior colleagues, contribute to business development and play a role in the continued growth of the Doncaster Family Law team. - \n Applications are welcomed from:

\n You will need some practical family law experience, alongside strong client-care, communication and drafting skills and a genuine interest in developing your career within private family law.
\n Experience in financial remedy and private children work is desirable, while TOLATA experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
\n The firm recognises that flexibility is important, particularly for those balancing a career with family commitments.
\n The role can be full-time or part-time , with flexible start and finish times considered where operationally possible.
\n The position will initially be office-based in Doncaster to allow you to establish yourself within the team, build client relationships and develop your caseload.
Once you have established a sufficient caseload, the firm is open to agreeing homeworking days for work such as drafting and file preparation.
\n The firm also recognises the challenges of childcare during school holidays and, where client needs allow, is willing to consider temporary adjustments to working hours .
