Conveyancing Assistant Doncaster | Full-Time A well-established South Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to support a busy and experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner in its Doncaster office.

\nThe Role Working closely with a dedicated Fee Earner, you will provide support throughout the conveyancing process, helping to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.

\nResponsibilities will include:

- Supporting a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner with a varied caseload \n\t
- Preparing correspondence and legal documentation \n\t
- Opening and closing client files \n\t
- Carrying out searches and submitting applications \n\t
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors \n\t
- Handling telephone and email enquiries \n\t
- Maintaining accurate case management records \n\t
- Assisting with post-completion matters \n\t
- Providing general administrative support to the conveyancing department \n
About You The successful candidate will have:

- Previous experience within a residential conveyancing environment \n\t
- Strong organisational and administrative skills \n\t
- Excellent communication and client care abilities \n\t
- A proactive and detail-focused approach \n\t
- The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively \n\t
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within residential property \n
