I have been instructed by one of the top firms in the Coventry / Warwickshire area that is looking to add an ambitious and dedicated dispute resolution solicitor to their highly regarded team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of litigated matters and get great experience working alongside senior and highly experienced legal professionals, whilst also having the chance to help supervise trainees and more junior employees.
Typical matters that the successful candidate will assist with includes:
- Boundary and Neighbour disputes
- ADR
- Commercial Property disputes
- Consumer and Contract disputes
- Debt collection
- Defamation and Slander
- Director, Partnership & Shareholder Disputes
