The Role
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of Private Client work, including: Wills and estate planning Probate and estate administration Trusts and trust administration Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning Court of Protection matters You will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal advice, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the Private Client department. The role also includes supporting and mentoring junior team members.
