Leading up to Christmas, the motor claims market is the busiest in preparation for the New Year. Firms are actively looking for file handlers to join offices across Greater Manchester. QED is working with a closeknit, regional law firm specialising in claimant insurance. Based in Bolton, this firm is looking to appoint a file handler to join their growing team. You will join as a file handler to an established motor claims team. You will be responsible for a caseload motor accident to credit hire files, handling a caseload from start to finish. These files are fully litigated and range from fast track to multi track. You will work on a file from start to finish running the caseload independently.
