The Role
- Managing your own private client caseload from start to finish
- Handling matters including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, Trusts and general private client work
- Providing clear, practical advice tailored to each client’s needs
- Building long-term client relationships and encouraging repeat business
- Working closely with colleagues in a supportive department
- Maintaining excellent communication with clients throughout their matters
- Having the autonomy to shape your role while being backed by experienced support
You
- Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with Private Client experience
- Comfortable running your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Client-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised, professional and approachable
- Someone who enjoys working collaboratively but is confident working independently
- STEP membership or working towards it would be advantageous, but not essential
