I am working with an established and highly regarded Legal 500 law firm with a strong reputation for private client and Court of Protection work. The firm is known for delivering high quality, sensitive and pragmatic advice on complex matters, alongside a genuinely supportive and collegiate culture.

The firm is now seeking to recruit a Court of Protection Solicitor with at least one year of post qualification experience to join its well regarded Court of Protection team. The role focuses exclusively on Property and Affairs work and will involve acting on complex and high value estates.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist team handling high quality work and to develop long term relationships with clients, families, deputies and other professionals.

The role will involve managing your own caseload, working closely with the Deputy in dealing with the Court of Protection, the Office of the Public Guardian, protected parties and their families, preparing general and statutory will applications, representing the Deputy at Court of Protection hearings, investigating suspected financial abuse, and assisting with estate administration.

The firm is keen to speak with solicitors who have experience in Court of Protection Property and Affairs work, strong organisational and time management skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. You will be detail oriented, client focused and able to explain complex legal issues in a clear and accessible way.
