The Role
You’ll support a diverse client base, including founders, SMEs, and tech sector entrepreneurs, on a wide mix of corporate and commercial matters. Key areas include:
- M&A transactions
- Joint ventures and shareholder agreements
- Fundraising and investment rounds
- Commercial contracts and strategic advisory work
This is a role for someone comfortable thinking independently, adapting to client needs, and contributing to a dynamic team that values input and initiative.
