CORPORATE SOLICITOR 3 TO 7 PQE £75K TO £95K GLASGOW OR EDINBURGH (HYBRID WORKING) International firm are looking for a corporate solicitor to join their team at Associate or Senior Associate level. This role can be based from this firm’s Glasgow or Edinburgh office, with hybrid working available. The best corporate work available in Scotland. This is a truly international firm which handles first class mandates. The UK corporate team works as one, meaning you get regular exposure to work from London and the Middle East without having to leave Scotland. This team is made up of lawyers who have previously worked at Magic Circle and US Firms in London, and who take the development of their Associates seriously. Even if you have trained/spent time at another leading corporate practice in Scotland, you will likely not have had much exposure to this team. This Scottish corporate team works mainly on deals with Magic Circle and US Firms in London and Europe. As a result, you will get exposure to work not available anywhere else in Scotland. Clients include UK blue-chip companies and international corporates. It is one of the only corporate practices in Scotland which has a public company and ECM practice, if this is something which interests you. Market-leading remuneration at a firm which also encourages its Associates to transfer (either on secondment or permanently) to its offices across the world. Associates who started at this team now work from this firm’s offices in the Middle East, US and Europe.
