Our financial service client is seeking a skilled and commercially minded Corporate Finance Solicitor to join their in-house legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, providing hands-on support across a broad range of corporate finance transactions. Key Responsibilities: Advising the business on a wide range of corporate finance matters including debt and equity financing, structured finance, and regulatory compliance Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating financing agreements, securities documentation, and related corporate contract Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, external advisers, and regulatory bodies to drive business objectives Ensuring compliance with evolving financial regulations and managing legal risks associated with transactions Candidate Profile: Qualified solicitor with significant experience in corporate finance, ideally in a financial services or in-house environment Strong understanding of financial markets, lending structures, and corporate governance Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence business decisions Proactive, commercially focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Our client envisages that candidates with at least 5 years’ experience plus will have the relevant skills / knowledge for this position.
