The Role The Nottingham office is looking to add a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to its busy and expanding team. The successful candidate will: Work on a wide range of corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, capital markets, and cross-border deals Support on investment acquisitions, corporate structuring projects, and wider strategic matters Collaborate closely with the national Corporate team, gaining exposure to high-quality work across the UK Advise a broad mix of clients across sectors such as manufacturing, retail, education, and recruitment Play a key role in drafting, negotiating, and project managing complex deals Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Corporate team in Nottingham You The ideal candidate will: Be an experienced Corporate Solicitor with 4 years PQE Have a strong background in M&A and private equity transactions Be confident managing transactions and supervising junior colleagues Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment with experienced dealmakers Be commercially minded, proactive, and solutions-driven Have the ambition to build long-term client relationships and support business development Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels Are you ready to join a thriving corporate team where your work makes a real impact?
