CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL / FEE EARNER– WFH, BONUS, & FLEXI HOURS
SOUTHEND-ON-SEA, ESSEX
£25K – £35K

QED Legal are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join their client\’s reputable law firm based in Southend-On-Sea, Essex on full time basis.

The ideal candidatewill havemin 1 yr experience as a Senior Paralegaldirectly assisting a fee earner or multiple fee earners as well as handling some files within a Residential Conveyancing department.

You will be experienced in assisting with SDLT Returns and Land Registry, as well as assisting on general leasehold, freehold, sales, purchase matters.

You must have good telephone manners, can do audio typing, and efficient general office skills. You will also have understanding of conveyancing terminology.

The firm has a very attractive benefits package including 2-3 days from home, a bonus, flexi hours, parking, focus on training and support, a large team of over 15+ people with mixed abilities, a nice relaxed environment, good culture, good retention rates, and will fund qualifications if interested.
