A reputable, 100% employee owned, Yorkshire firm are looking for an experienced conveyancing assistant who has at least 12 months of experience in sales and purchases to join them. The firm is full-service, with residential property being the biggest and most successful division.

\\nMany of the conveyancers within the firm started as conveyancing assistants so there's real scope for progression here, should you want it!

\\nThe key things you'd be working on in your day-to-day are: ordering searches, dealing with exchanges, issuing mortgage reports to clients, opening files and inputting new instructions onto the case management systems.
