The Role
- Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Deal with transfers of equity and remortgages
- Deliver excellent client care throughout the transaction process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other stakeholders
- Work collaboratively within a supportive and experienced property team
- Focus on fee earning and client service rather than management or leadership responsibilities
- New build experience is welcomed but not required
You
- Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A proactive and organised approach to file management
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced conveyancing fee earner considered
- New build experience would be advantageous but is by no means essential
