Job Description
- Running conflict checks (Intapp Open) and figuring out if there’s a risk to deal with.
- Chatting with partners, fee earners, and other teams to get the info you need to make a call.
- Spotting red flags—whether it’s legal, regulatory, or commercial—and helping decide if it's feasible to move forward
- Keeping up to date with SRA Codes of Conduct and making sure the firm stays compliant.
- Working withUS counterparts to handle conflict issues across different jurisdictions.
- Building great relationships across the firm so that compliance isn’t just a box-ticking exercise.
About You?? Experience in conflicts in a Law Firm? Analytical and love a good puzzle—figuring out conflicts and risks is basically detective work.? You can explain complex issues in a clear, practical way (no legal jargon overload, please).? You’ve got great attention to detail—this job is all about getting things right.? You’re comfortable with tech and learning new systems (if you’ve used Intapp Open before, even better!).What’s in It for You?
