We're currently working with a fabulous regional law firm with multiple offices across Surrey looking for someone to join their growing Compliance function. Looking for someone with previous experience in Client Onboarding, ideally with experience in a multi-service law firm. This role is perfect for someone detail-orientated, with knowledge and experience across CDD and AML. Helping the firm drive best practice, and maintain their top tier compliance standards.
The Role:
- Conduct and review CDD and AML checks for new and existing clients.
- Verify client documents and ensure compliance with UK regulations.
- Identify and escalate high-risk or suspicious activity.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and audit trails.
- Communicate onboarding and AML requirements clearly to clients.
- Support the Senior Onboarding Executive in improving onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with internal compliance and legal teams on best practice.
About you:
- Experience in Onboarding, CDD and AML within the legal sector.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree (bonus if it's in Law).
