I am working with a highly rated Legal 500 tiered firm that is looking to add an experienced Commercial solicitor to come in and play a leading role within the growing department.

My client is looking for someone to take on an active caseload of varied commercial matters and to become the first hire in a period of ambitious expansion for the highly regarded commercial team.

The successful candidate can expect to take on a caseload consisting of:

• Commercial Contracts
• Terms and Conditions
• Intellectual Property
• E-commerce and IT
• Data Protection
