The Role As a Commercial Property Solicitor , you will: Manage a broad caseload of commercial property transactions , including acquisitions, disposals, leases, development work and property finance.
Work closely with an established client base of developers, investors, and landlords.
Help develop the department , supporting junior lawyers and enforcing best practices and processes.
Contribute to business development , leveraging the firm’s strong reputation and network.
About You Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property law .
Strong technical knowledge and client management skills.
A proactive, collaborative approach with experience training and mentoring junior team members.
Commercial awareness and the confidence to help grow the firm’s client base.
