I am recruiting for a 4-6 year PQE Real Estate role in London. My Client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor who is also able to deal with a broad spectrum of matters. You will deal with site acquisition and disposal, investment, development, landlord and tenant, plot sales, estate management and property finance work. You should also be able to deal with purchases and sales financing as well as leases of residential property for investors and traders.

This is a friendly, down to earth law firm. You will generally deal with owner managed businesses and work on cases to around £50 million. Please do get in touch with me if you are seeking a new Commercial Property role.
