A leading Plymouth-based Legal 500 firm is looking for a confident and proactive Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer to join their busy Commercial Property team. You will handle your own caseload independently, with exposure to a broad range of commercial property matters—including secured lending, leases, landlord and tenant work, sales and purchases of commercial freeholds and businesses, as well as options, easements, and more.
This is a hands-on role where your ability to build strong client relationships will be highly valued. You will be part of a collaborative and well-respected team, where helping colleagues and sharing knowledge is integral to the culture.
