I am working with a highly regarded national practice that is currently on a significant growth and acquisition journey. Already well established across London and the North West, with multiple Legal 500 ranked teams and a strong reputation in the commercial market, the firm is now looking to further strengthen its Commercial Property team in London as part of its wider strategic expansion.

The Real Estate team advises across the full spectrum of commercial property matters, acting for a broad range of clients including investors, developers, landlords and corporate occupiers. The team is well integrated within the wider firm structure, resulting in a strong and consistent flow of cross-referral work. A particular strength of the practice is its corporate support work within the healthcare sector, advising GP practices, dental practices and other healthcare providers on their property requirements. This provides a stable and high-quality workstream alongside traditional commercial property matters.

The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE to join the team. You will be confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision and have a strong grounding in commercial property law. Experience within healthcare-related property work would be advantageous, although this is not essential as full support and development can be provided. This opportunity is open to both individuals and small teams. Candidates with an existing following will be well supported within a national platform, while ambitious solicitors without a following will benefit from strong infrastructure, client exposure and clear development opportunities.

Culturally, the firm is flexible, entrepreneurial and non-hierarchical, with a strong emphasis on autonomy, trust and long-term progression. The environment is not target-driven, but instead revenue-focused, with a strong emphasis on quality of work and client service. The culture is widely regarded as supportive with excellent development opportunities.

Benefits:

  • Cash plan
  • Private Medical Insurance (PMI)
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Nest pension scheme (currently under review with potential enhancement)
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
  • Paid study support
  • Hybrid and flexible working

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property solicitor seeking a progressive platform with high-quality work, strong internal support and clear scope for career development. For a confidential discussion regarding this opportunity, please get in touch.
