Our client is looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor for a 12-month fixed-term contract . Candidates should have a proven track record in working with commercial contracts and agreements .

Based in Bedfordshire, the company offers hybrid working and will consider candidates seeking 100% remote work .

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the in-house legal team with reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure contracts (both supplier and customer) are fit for purpose
  • Undertake contract administration tasks

Candidate requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience with commercial contracts such as confidentiality agreements, NDAs, third-party agreements, and public sector contracts
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A business-oriented outlook

While 1 year of experience is the approximate minimum, our client is open to considering candidates with relevant experience outside this range .
