The Role
- Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Deal with transfers of equity and remortgages
- New build experience is welcomed but not essential
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Deliver a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process
- Work closely with colleagues within a collaborative and supportive team
- Optional involvement in networking and business development activities for those who enjoy it
You
- Significant experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across freehold and leasehold transactions
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of files
- New build experience would be advantageous but is not required
- Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced fee earner considered
