Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive 5+ PQESouth Essex Region£55,000 - £70,000Full or Part TimeQED Legal are presenting an opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Claimant) to join a leading Legal 500 firm based in SouthEssex area.BONUS, PROGRESSION TO PARTNER / HOD, WFH 2 TO 3 DAYS, GOOD CULTUREDue to the development and expansion of the firm’s Personal Injury team, it is now seeking to appoint a Solicitor or Legal Executive to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a resilient and varied legal practice.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years experience and the ability to handle a litigated caseload of mostly clinical negligence including complex and catastrophic illness. You will be taking over an excellent solicitor's large caseload which will be passed in a gift-wrapped, pristine condition, and a caseload which has been extremely well looked after.
