Joining an established yet growing RTA department, the fee earner is responsible for a caseload of litigated claims. These claims can range from motor accident to credit hire, valuing to £25,000 or beyond to multi track – £150,000.

Role Duties

• Run a caseload of high value, motor accident claims
• Handle a litigated caseload of RTA claims
• Run cases valuing up to £150,000 in value
• Drafting witness statements, court hearings and evidence
• Collecting evidence to support the claims
