The Role
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters.
- Play a key role within a well-established Residential Property team in Chesterfield.
- Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents, and local referrers.
- Work closely with senior leadership as the department continues to grow.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Residential Conveyancer.
- Ideally 5 years’ experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload.
- Strong technical ability alongside a commercial and client-focused approach.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
- Organised, proactive, and confident managing a busy workload.
