An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a forward-thinking and modern law firm. You will be working as part of a friendly, supportive team of 4, benefiting from working one-on-one with the Partner and head of the office. This role will see you supporting the conveyancing partner on a wide variety of Residential Property matters, gaining exposure to all aspects of the conveyancing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising directly with clients and third parties
  • Maintaining and updating case management systems and records
  • Preparing and drafting documents
  • Compiling completion packs
  • Managing completions from start to finish

About You:

  • At least 1 year’s experience within a Conveyancing department
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
