  • Assisting fee earners with a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
  • Drafting contracts and supporting documentation
  • Conducting searches and preparing reports
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties
  • Handling post-completion matters, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
  • Providing regular client updates and ensuring a high standard of client care
  • Supporting the wider property team as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience within residential conveyancing
  • Experience assisting with sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach
