You will join a substantial team of more than 80 professionals, working on complex and interesting estates for high-net-worth individuals and families. The Role You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of specialist probate matters, working predominantly with high-net-worth individuals and their families. Responsibilities will include: Managing probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to completion. Dealing with complex and high-value estates. Preparing and submitting applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration. Liaising with beneficiaries, executors, financial institutions and other professional advisers. Preparing estate accounts and handling inheritance tax-related administration. Ensuring matters progress efficiently while delivering an excellent standard of client service. Requirements: Previous experience handling probate and estate administration matters. Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision. Strong organisational, communication and client relationship skills. An interest in developing specialist expertise within high-net-worth probate. A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a large team.
