The Role: You will handle a varied and high-quality residential conveyancing caseload, managing matters from initial instruction through to post-completion. This role would suit a conveyancer who takes pride in delivering a first-class client service and is comfortable in the Chester market and surrounding area. Candidate Criteria:
- Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold matters
- Ability to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently from instruction to completion
- Experience supporting, training, and mentoring junior members of the conveyancing team
- A proactive, professional approach with excellent client-care and communication skills
