Genuine Progression Opportunities Significant Hybrid Working Unlimited Holidays This practice are seeking an NQ Solicitor to join the practice and work alongside a Legal 500 listed Partner. Ideally, you will have gained experience of dealing with Regulatory work during your training contract, or as a Paralegal. The main purpose of this role is to work on a mixed caseload of contentious & non-contentious matters and be open to dealing with public inquiries, DVSA investigations, traffic commissioner hearings, planning & environmental issues, heavy haulage work, international carriage of goods and defending all types of prosecutions brought against the haulage industry. The client base is second to none, and despite being a small boutique practice you will be dealing with work that rivals top-tier city law firms. So, you will be advising and representing commercial clients and FTSE 100 / 250 clients. This practice truly punch above their weight but also look after their own, so there will be plenty of opportunities to progress, as well as company wide bonuses, unlimited annual leave, hybrid working that only requires 1 or 2 office days per week and 1-2-1 training provided by Legal 500 / Chambers ranked & industry leading partners.
