QED Legal is working with a highly regarded regional firm seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their Colchester office. This opportunity is ideal for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or those with up to 3 years’ PQE looking to develop their career within a supportive, structured, and ambitious employment team.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Work will include advising on employee relations, discrimination, contracts of employment, TUPE, and defending complex employment tribunal claims.
