You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for roughly 1 to 5 years. Offering 1 day from home per week. \n \nThe type of residential transactions you should have experience on are: \n\n \n\t sales \n\t purchase \n\t leaseholds \n\t freeholds \n\t remortgages \n\t transfers of equity \n\n\n \nIf you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications. However please note if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered. \n \n\n
