Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer Location: Bury, Hybrid Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Basic Salary Excellent Bonus Scheme A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner, Residential Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) to join one of Greater Manchester's most respected and well-regarded law firms. This is a chance to become part of a multi-award-winning legal practice renowned for delivering exceptional client service and outstanding legal expertise. The firm is home to Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners-recognised lawyers, led by an award-winning business leader CEO who has built a collaborative, ambitious and forward-thinking culture. The successful Conveyancer will join a thriving office during an exciting period of growth, taking on a high-quality caseload while playing a key role in the continued expansion of the Residential Property department. Why This Opportunity Stands Out: There is no business development expectation, and the firm charges considerably for its work. One of the biggest advantages of this role is that you'll be based in the same office as the firm's dedicated Business Development and Marketing teams. This means you'll benefit from a consistent flow of high-quality instructions, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional client service rather than worrying about generating work. With an established reputation, significant investment in marketing and an excellent referral network, the firm continues to attract a steady pipeline of residential property matters. The Role: As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you'll manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a varied mix of: Freehold and leasehold sales Freehold and leasehold purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity Shared ownership matters New build transactions (where applicable) General residential property transactions This position would suit an experienced fee earner who enjoys autonomy and is looking to take the next step in their career. You'll work closely with senior management and play an influential role in the department's continued success as the business expands. About You: Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently from instruction through to completion. Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process. Excellent client care and communication skills. A proactive and commercial approach. The ability to work efficiently within a busy, supportive team. Applications are welcomed from experienced: Residential Conveyancers Conveyancing Solicitors Licensed Conveyancers Chartered Legal Executives (CILEX) Experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners Salary & Benefits: £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary Competitive bonus structure High-quality work generated by an award-winning Business Development and Marketing team Genuine career progression within a growing firm Ongoing professional development and training Flexible working arrangements Supportive, modern and collaborative working environment Opportunity to work alongside Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners recognised lawyers Join a business led by an award-winning CEO with an outstanding reputation in the legal sector This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Residential Property Lawyer looking to join one of the region's most highly regarded firms, offering excellent quality work, genuine career progression and a market-leading salary package. If this role isn't quite right, I recruit across the Greater Manchester and North West legal market and would be happy to discuss a range of Residential Conveyancing, Property Solicitor and Licensed Conveyancer opportunities currently available.
