You will join an established team of 6 lawyers and report directly to the firm's Litigation Partner. Key requirements of the role:
- This role will suit a qualified Solicitor with around 2 to 3 years PQE and a proven track record of handling Commercial, Employment and Civil Litigation matters.
- The ability to handle a full mixed caseload and deal with a broad mix of matters with appropriate supervision.
- Experience of County Court hearings and High Court Interlocutory hearings.
- Ability to draft simple Pleadings, statements of case and defences, and complete Court documentation together with preparation of lists of documents for disclosure and witness statements.
