\nWhat you’ll be doing

- Running and developing the Employment offering within the firm
- Handling a mix of respondent and claimant work
- Building your own pipeline and actively helping to win new work
- Developing client relationships and growing the department over time

What we’re looking for

- An established Employment Solicitor (experience level flexible, but confident and capable)
- Someone proactive with a genuine “go out and win work” mindset
- Commercially aware and comfortable working with business clients
- Enthusiastic, driven and keen to progress
- Someone who enjoys autonomy and building something long-term
- A good cultural fit for a social, modern, team-focused firm
