QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Licensed Conveyancer, to join our well-respected client in Braintree, Essex.
We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established residential team. You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for over 2+ years.
They've got very good attitudes towards their staff and know how to value them; people are not treated as a number.
They are a really approachable team that have nurtured their culture and great progression plans. The role will allow 1-2 days WFH also. There's an excellent bonus structure too.
The firm offers some hybrid working, a bonus scheme, good progression, standard pension, supportive team.
The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are:
- sales
- purchase
- leaseholds
- freeholds
- remortgages
- transfers of equity
If you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications. However, please note if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
