Manage a varied caseload of Commercial Disputes matters from instruction through to resolution. Handle matters involving contractual disputes, property litigation, breach of directors' duties, trespass, nuisance and other complex commercial disputes. Work within an insurance-backed litigation environment, considering policy coverage and supporting claims handling where appropriate. Represent clients throughout the litigation process across the relevant courts and tribunals. Collaborate with experienced commercial litigators on high-value and technically challenging matters. Deliver commercially focused advice that helps clients navigate legal and business risk with confidence.

Experience managing a varied Commercial Disputes or Litigation caseload. Strong technical knowledge of commercial litigation. Confident using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems. Insurance litigation experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop within a modern, technology-driven legal practice.
