Are you looking for a new role in Commercial Property? If so, I have been instructed on an exciting opportunity with a firm based in Dartford looking to bring in a Solicitor to their Commercial Property team.
My client is a reputable firm in the market and deals with all areas of Commercial Property law. This position includes handling a caseload of mixed Commercial Property matters such as freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, site acquisitions and development, and secured lending. You will also be dealing with some business sales and purchases and a few residential property matters.
My client is looking for someone who has 1+ PQE and the ability to manage their own caseload unsupervised. It would be desirable if you have some experience within residential conveyancing; however, this isn’t essential.
