Job Description Commercial & Civil Litigation Solicitor Barnsley | Hybrid Working Available | NQ–2 PQE An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial & Civil Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a much-loved Yorkshire practice based in Barnsley. The Role You will manage your own caseload of predominantly commercial litigation matters, whilst also supporting senior colleagues on more complex disputes. You will work with a broad range of businesses and individuals, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice and helping clients achieve effective resolutions to their disputes. Managing a varied caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters Handling debt recovery and professional negligence claims Representing clients through litigation, mediation, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution Conducting legal research and providing clear, commercially focused advice Contributing to business development, networking and the continued growth of the team About You The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive in England & Wales, with experience in commercial litigation.
