My London multi-discipline law firm client is seeking a Banking Partner to join the team. They will consider applicants at Senior Associate or Legal Director level looking for a Salaried Partner position. Minimum 5 PQE+.
You will take on work from the partners in the team and run with those cases independently, as well as introduce new clients to the firm. The work will include:
- Banking and corporate lending for both private and public sector clients;
- Real estate-backed lending (commercial and residential);
- Securitisation and other forms of structured finance;
- Bonds and capital markets products;
- Derivatives and treasury products.
Hybrid working is available.
